Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Polyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Polyz is a writing and learning application with AI-powered features. It is available as a desktop application for macOS, Windows, and Linux, and as a web application in your browser. Features and availability may change over time.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Polyz is a paid subscription service. Current plans and prices are listed at polyz.ai/pricing. New subscribers may start a 7-day free trial; a payment method is required to begin the trial, and you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. If you are unsatisfied with a paid subscription, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Polyz. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your manuscripts, notes, or other creative work.

AI Features

Polyz uses third-party AI providers to power features such as chat, editing assistance, coaching, and feedback. To provide these features, the relevant portions of your content are sent to those providers for processing. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable, and you are responsible for reviewing it and for anything you choose to publish. AI features are subject to usage limits described on the pricing page.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Polyz is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, downtime, or damages arising from your use of the service. Always maintain your own backups.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
